Eadite Parla Co.,Ltd is founded on 22 January, 2016 as a private company limited under the law of Myanmar Companies Act 1914. Former registration number is 3294/2015-2016. Overseas Employment Service Agent Licence was issued in 2019 and current Licence Number is 134/2021.

Our recruiting process

  • We first receive the demand letter which includes the job responsibilities, the number of employees needed, the timeline to hire new workers and the wage or salary rate.
  • Our agency writes up the job description and advertises it.
  • Once candidates begin applying for the open position, our agency reviews their experience and qualifications before scheduling and conducting interviews. We then choose the most qualified individuals for your business.
  • The agency takes care of the paperwork. We handle all the paperwork associated with new hires, like contracts, taxes and other payroll tasks.
  • After hiring decision is made, all the workers have to attend basic training class for related jobs and do medical checkups.
  • As soon as we receive work permit, we are ready to send all the workers to your country.
